Ashley has been a licensed massage therapist since 2023 and specializes in deep tissue and sports massage. As an avid runner, she understands firsthand how massage therapy supports performance and recovery. She completed the Every Woman's Marathon in Savannah, Georgia, and is passionate about helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and feel their best.
When she's not in the clinic, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and their five children.
