As a courtesy to our practitioners and to best meet scheduling demands we ask that you give a 24-hour cancellation notice. A 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling any appointment at Creative Wellness. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Missed appointments/cancellations or no shows with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. When canceling an appointment, you are more than welcome to schedule for a future date, however this cancellation fee must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Insurance: If you use health insurance for appointments at Creative Wellness you are financially responsible for all cancellation and no-show fees, not the insurance company.
No-show Policy: A no-show is considered either forgetting or consciously choosing to forgo an appointment for whatever reason. The charge is $25 the first instance and 100% of the scheduled appointment fee each instance thereafter and must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Arriving Late: Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your service provider will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the cost of a full session.
