Energy work is the act of channeling and manipulating the energy that courses through your body in order to heal it. Energy practitioners remove blocks in your body’s energetic field that can cause poor health.

We offer a series of well-being classes and release new schedules every January, June and September. During COVID, we are only offering zoom classes in meditation, MELT, and Nia.
For parents of infants aged newborn through 12 months. Touch is vital for emotional and physical well-being. Massaging your child enhances the bond and communication between you and your infant. Bring your infant and a baby blanket.

Join us for this introduction to meditation and mindfulness for adults, teens, and children. You’ll learn simple techniques to help you de-stress, take the edge off, relax and experience more ease in your life. And when difficulties arise, you’ll have some tried-and-true tools to deal with them. Taught in everyday language and de-mystifies age-old techniques so you understand how they work and can practice at home or on the go.

Nia welcomes all to a cardio-dance workout and movement practice based on the intelligent design of the body. Nia tones your mind and tunes your body. Each workout brings mindfulness to your dance movement experience leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced.

Explore key concepts from Chinese Medicine and how they can be applied in one's life to promote greater health, longevity, and peacefulness of mind.
Each week will cover a different aspect of health, and how to better navigate it using the principles of Chinese Medicine. Topics will include diet, exercise, sleep cycles, emotional regulation, living with the seasons, the aging process, and many others.
Each class will focus on empowering participants to make healthier choices and to form a more intimate relationship with their body's natural cycles.

Beginning: Participants will learn 1st of 3 sections of this ancient Chinese art. This slow and gentle meditative movements of this Long Form of Yang-style Tai Chi will help relieve tension, increase balance, and improve health. It also has self-defense applications and is an excellent exercise.
Advanced and Intermediate (not sure what he is calling it now) Students will continue to learn the Long Form at their own speed with more individualized instruction. Push Hands and Sword Form applications will also be explored for those who are interested.
