Adrienne is a licensed massage therapist, licensed esthetician, and neuromuscular therapist, who has been helping clients feel and function better since 2017. She specializes in deep tissue massage, sports massage, assisted stretching, trigger point therapy, cupping, IASTM, and METs—using a results-driven approach tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
Adrienne is passionate about reducing pain, improving range of motion, and restoring mobility to enhance overall quality of life. Her diverse background includes mobile massage services throughout metro Detroit, as well as experience as a travel therapist working with high-level athletes, including members of the Detroit Lions, NHL players, Olympic athletes, and collegiate teams.
Adrienne especially enjoys working with seniors and individuals managing chronic or acute injuries, helping them move better, feel stronger, and live more comfortably.
