Basic Life Support (BLS), generally refers to the care that first-responders, healthcare providers and public safety professionals provide to anyone who is experiencing cardiac arrest, respiratory distress or an obstructed airway. It requires knowledge and skills in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPA), using automated external defibrillators (AED) and relieving airway obstructions in patients of every age. Successful students will receive a certificate for BLS valid for 2 years.

This class will discuss the healthy lifestyle teachings of Chinese Medicine (yangshengfa), and will focus on living with the seasons and diet. This class will explore how the basis of health is the ability to listen to the signals our bodies send us and to interpret them in ways that support our flourishing. Participants are strongly encouraged to supplement with two once-weekly acupuncture treatments with Aidan, which will allow him to personalize the material of the class and instruct participants in the specific ways it can be applicable to their unique body and condition.
Learn the Ayurvedic medicine of dry brushing and all of the health benefits it provides. During this class you will learn about the lymphatic system, its purpose and how dry brushing can stimulate and improve the lymphatic system.
