Aidan Keeva received his Doctorate and Masters in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medical Arts in Asheville, NC. In addition, he holds a bachelor's degree in Philosophy, an interest which continues to motivate his medical practice and writing.
Over the years Aidan has been influenced by various traditions and teachers. These influences include contemplative training in Buddhist practice traditions, as well as with teachers of Daoist cultivation methods. His approach to Chinese Medicine has been heavily informed by his ongoing studies with Daoist Priest Jeffrey Yuen, a world-renowned master of Chinese Medicine.
Aidan has experience practicing Chinese Medicine in a number of different settings, including a Hospice Center as part of palliative care efforts, a free community clinic for the homeless, a residential treatment center for teens recovering from addiction, and in private sessions with clients. He enjoys working with patients who have a wide variety of conditions, honoring the uniqueness of each person’s healing journey.
