
The Magic Circle is an excellent tool for developing a tight, strong abdomen and great glutes as part of your Pilates workout regimen. While assisting and challenging your body, it also makes exercise fun! People enjoy Magic Circle classes so much that they don't even notice what an intense workout they're getting.
You do not need to bring your own mat or magic circle, as we provide everything you need. Limit 10 people per class.
Andrea Branoff has practiced and taught pilates for over 10 years. She studied dance and pilates at New York University and graduated from Indiana University after studying movement therapy and journalism. Andrea received her comprehensive certification in pilates through Power Pilates, which is based on the work of Joseph H. Pilates.
