
Come discover and experience the multiple benefits of a gentle yoga class. Each class will focus on a particular part of the body incorporating breathing, stretching, and yoga postures. All students, both new and experienced, will be encouraged to move at their own pace. Please bring a mat or a blanket, and small pillow. A light meal two hours before class is recommended.
Jo Martinie is a Certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor, who received her training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.
