History

Creative Wellness Holistic Health Center was founded in 1990. The original staff, consisting of six practitioners, offered massage therapy and reflexology services to the greater Lansing community. In 1994, Creative Wellness and Full Spectrum Family Medicine joined forces and elected to share office space at their current location in East Lansing. Although the two businesses remain separate entities, they offer their patients and clients the unique opportunity to seek traditional and complementary health services under one roof.

Over the years, Creative Wellness has blossomed into a fully staffed holistic health center offering a diverse selection of natural health services, movement and well-being classes, health aids, and inspirational gifts. The center, open seven days a week, is staffed by 35-40 people, including service providers, class instructors, and administrative employees. Creative Wellness was honored with the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Small Business Award in 2004.

Philosophy

At Creative Wellness, we act as a bridge between traditional Western Medicine and other complementary healing services. Our supportive staff, relaxing environment, and diverse menu of services, classes, and products will provide you with the means to achieve a higher level of wellness and a healthier lifestyle. Our wish is that through education and support, our clients will become active participants in their own health care.
